Using forms and the dashboard
Long forms are divided into clear steps. Required fields are identified, and validation messages explain what needs attention. Applicants who cannot complete an online step may contact support for reasonable assistance or an alternative way to provide non-sensitive information.
Known limitations
Some third-party components, including Google reCAPTCHA and browser-native controls, may behave differently across assistive technologies. Uploaded documents may also be inaccessible if the original file was not created accessibly. Tinubulight continues to review these areas and will provide assistance where reasonably possible.
Report an accessibility problem
Email support@tinubulight.ng with the page address, the problem encountered, the device or assistive technology used and the format or assistance required. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full sensitive identifiers.
Response and review
Accessibility reports are reviewed through the support workflow. Tinubulight may correct the page, provide guidance or arrange a practical alternative. This statement will be updated as the service and testing coverage change.
